Overall, a good experience. Inspection and repairs took 3 days, so truck had to sit there over the weekend. Very thorough inspection of items I didn’t request, but good to have. Discovered several engine codes I had not detected. Provided a list of optional maintenance with timely pics and fluid comparison. Repairs seemed a bit expensive mainly with high parts charges. Nevertheless, I trust their work. Also, rare to find a repair shop that offers a free loaner vehicle—Adam & Son does.

10/10 recommend coming here, Madi the service consultant was extremely friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my visit. The business itself is extremely transparent on what needs to be done immediately and what can maybe wait a little do which I personally appreciate greatly! They checked my car out and gave me a call to let me know what was recommended to be done and once I approved they had all the work completed in the same day! I’ve been looking for a trustworthy business to work with me for my car needs and I definitely found it!

Service Consultant Madi C. was very professional, helpful and patient with all our questions regarding the break replacement parts for our Volvo. She found all the answers to our questions in a timely manner and emailed them so my husband and I could make an informed decision. While performing the work the service technician found a nail in our tire and patched it for free. Above and beyond at Adam & Sons, highly recommended.

I was very impressed with my first time here. My check engine light came on along with the dreaded wrench. That was an indication of a power train issue. I called them and and they told me to bring in the vehicle. They did some diagnostics and determined that I may still be under warranty and to contact my dealer. I was very impressed with their honest and integrity. They did not charge me a dime for any of this! They have earned my business and I will definitely be coming back. Very professional, thorough and customer focused. I truly appreciate businesses like these.

This shop is amazing and the management and staff are simply the best. Exceptional customer service and communication and they’re all super friendly and easy to communicate with. I had a headlight out before bringing my Subaru into the shop and they changed it for free because the weather was bad out and they didn’t want me driving without full visibility. They also service my businesses food truck regularly and the outdoor lift is one of very few in the city that can work on our truck. Highly recommended for business and personal vehicles!

Had my radiator swapped out after a highly thorough inspection. What shop sends you pictures and videos with a detailed report? None other that I have ever experienced. Honest and fair pricing. They have loaner vehicles and a program to help families like myself that needed expensive work done quickly. Extremely grateful for them getting us back road worthy!

If you want a place that will tell you the honest truth... this is it. If you are looking for inexpensive - this is NOT it. They are pricier, but the technicians are better and explain everything to you. If you let them, they WILL find and fix your vehicle's problems.

Never in my life have I been told that estimates are not given over the phone. So they want to charge me a diagnostic fee, even though I know what is wrong (they told me I would have to take my vehicle in to get an estimate) and then, assuming I would want them to do the work, charge me for the parts and labor. So no, in my opinion, they are not honest... They are trying to get the most money out of you while trying to seem sincere.

Absolute waste of time and money. Do not bring your car to them unless you want to pay for over priced parking. They try to gaslight you by saying they fix your car but send back the car exactly the same issue as when you dropped it off.My car had no heat and the fan was not working. Three days later they call saying the car is fixed ready to go. I come to the shop pick up my car and unfortunately was pressed for time so could not turn around but instantly the fan is not working and there is no heat. I was scammed. I tried calling the next day, and they were adamant they would never send a car back not fixed. I was not okay with being called a liar so did not want to bring in my car again. They were persistent and the owner even called me asking for me to bring my car back to see what was wrong to make it right, so I tried to give them a second chance.They found the second time things wrong, but it was just still the same problem as when I dropped it off. Now the repair supposedly costs 6 times more than the initial pricing. No acceptance of they did not fix my car the first time or we did send your car back unfixed apology and we will get it resolved. Just pay me more money is not my idea of we will make this right.The lack of due diligence to have found the problem the initial time is astounding. Trust remains broken. I wasted my time just to be shown they did not fix my car and I paid for an expensive unwanted parking experience.

The service was great overall, the only thing that would’ve improved my experience would be if I had all the problems told me at once. The main issue was handled first and then the other things that also needed fixed were told me a bit later. If all the problems, even the ones unrelated to why I came in were told to me up front that would’ve been a lot better. It made me wonder why that was told to me separately. That being said my car runs better than it ever has before since they fixed my purge valve.

Heavy Edit. Turns out they lied about my brake pads, my gasket and doing a daignostic on my car which lead to my fan not being fixed despite what I brought up and why I asked for a diagnostic in the first place. Now I know that thanks to early head trauma I can take a sec to get going but to out and out lie to a customer is insane. I am not going to remove my past words so people can see but know that this company was the last straw in this dishonest town. They are a little pricey but you pay for what you get.Again, they have the BEST customer service that I have EVER experienced.My story is below but rather lengthy if you care to read.My father and I were traveling on a trip. I live in COS, however, we had just traveled from Nebraska to Colorado. Upon returning to Nebraska, we began to experience problems with our vehicle. I googled a company that I thought could take care of our situation on a short notice. We had already begun our journey back to Nebraska but was north of town when we began experiencing problems.After googling a shop and finding, Adam & Son, I called the north office. They had informed me that they were completely booked for the day but that THEY would call the south office to see if they could squeeze me in. That was the first thing that impressed me. Most people would just tell you to call the other office yourself. This woman took the time to call the south office for me. They told me that they could squeeze me in (on a last minute's notice)!!!!! She told me that I needed to speak with Daniel upon arrival. Immediately upon arriving, Daniel greeted us at the front desk. Let me tell you. This gentleman was AMAZING!!! He took the time to listen to everything that both my father and I had to say and took extremely detailed notes. They were extremely busy also. By the way, this was a Thursday and this company closes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We were in a predicament because we needed to find out our problem ASAP so we could return. Daniel and Brian (technician) MADE time for us. I know that they were busy and we talked about going other places but Daniel was so willing to make it work for us. There were no guarantees that they could fix it that day because they didn't know exactly what the problem was. They wasted no time. They took the vehicle in the back, while my father and I returned to my house in COS. I had my husband pick us up. Thank goodness, we weren't far from home. A few hours later, they called us and told us that they were able to fix the problem. Once we picked up our vehicle, we restarted our journey and had no further problems.

This whole crew gets 10 stars from me. Our van broke down while our band was on tour in Colorado Springs, and we had very limited time to get repairs done before we'd end up missing work. We'd had multiple breakdowns on the tour, dealing with multiple issues, and had no knowledge of the area.Adam & Sons were able to get us in last minute, and from start to end these folks went out of their way to help us out. They understood our needs and our budget, helped us get solid info and answers without upselling us or pushing us to spend. They comped us a loaner vehicle, which allowed us to make our gig in colorado springs, and were transparent with me throughout the process. Mike was so helpful and knowledegable at the front desk, and our technician Sean went above and beyond to walk me through the repair work, explain things under the hood, and share his expertise. When I got the van back, I went under the hood and noticed they even went so far as to replace some of my older hoses and minor componant parts, free of charge. They found ways to get the work done on time, and went above and beyond in labor/effort while still finding a way to keep the repairs inside our buget needs.So much thanks and respect from us, y'all kept us safe and working on the road this summer. I can't recommend this spot enough.

They are always willing to work with you through the repairs and recommend the most important repairs first and will work with you on getting the other repairs fixed! I’m a single mom who recently lost the main bread winning while being in a constant state of stress with losing my best friend RIP. And my other who has cancer. I was trying to make ends meet door dashing when my transmission cooler line burst. Talk about bad timing. Adam and sons was amazing…guiding me through and absolutely caring. They were quick with the repairs knowing I time was of the essence between work and traveling to care for a friend/ while also funeral. We have used this location for service on a few vehicles for brake repairs. Both of the more recent times, were emergency situations that we had very limited time with. Their willingness to help with such short notice was so incredibly appreciated! Not only did they get our vehicles safe for the upcoming trips, they went above and beyond by even staying a little after hours to finish things up for us to be able to leave town ON TIME the following day. Their customer service is absolutely amazing & they stand behind their work EVERY TIME. It's convenient that this location is near my home, but it is an absolute CHOICE for us to continue doing business with them! These guys are retarded and wanted $1575 to fix the power seat. They over diagnosed the problem and didn't even take it apart to understand the problem. They told me i needed a whole new seat frame. LOL. The people who work here are both lazy and incompetent.It took me 2 hours and a $29 Amazon part to fix it myself.

I brought my vehicle in to check on my turn signals. They weren't working for a couple of weeks. Prior to the day I was to bring in my vehicle ,it started working again. Told them the problem. Upon their inspection, they didn't find anything wrong. Of course they could've made up something and charge me for the work. Bottom line I appreciate the honesty. As a "Born and Raised Colorado Springs Local" and as an active duty military husband and father -->I DO NOT recommend Adam and Son Auto. And, If you are canalized to their shop...Get a Second, or Third Opinion!On 31 March 2024, and for the second time in one month, my well maintained 2007 Jeep Wrangler with 220k miles began overheating during freeway travel. I was referred (by my usual Go-To shop: Firestone on Fort Carson) to Adam & Son Auto Repair for an engine block and coolant system pressure test. This test is not offered at this particular Firestone. After two days of diagnostic testing, I was informed the jeep had a leak in the head gasket, the exhaust manifold, and the gear box. I was presented with two options. The first option, not recommended by the Adam and Son's mechanic and without any warranty, was to repair these deficiencies for ~$6,000.00. The second option, with 3yr/36k mile warranty...and encouraged by the Adam an Son's service representative, was replacement of the entire engine assembly with a remanufactured engine for $12,900.00. I was in a rough place and decided to do some research.What I learned was companies like Jasper engines and Powertrain sell the matching remanufactured engine for ~$4000.00 delivered, and shops in the Springs charge $150/$185 per hour in labor. Adam and Son Auto was charging $5500.00 for the engine and $229/hour in labor. This included the 5% military discount they offer.With the Adam and Son's estimate(s) in hand, I reached back out to Firestone to inquired about their relationship with Adam and Son Auto. The discussion led to Firestone estimating they could do the same engine assembly replacement (with warranty) for ~$7000.00. That is a $6000.00 difference.Here's the best part: While going back and forth with Adam & Son Auto and Firestone...I relayed my woes to my buddy and Founder of the non-profit ~ Green Beret Racing, Nick. Nick said: I know a guy.So, that's how I ended up at Christian Brothers Automotive.Over the phone, Christian Brothers' 25 year MOPAR Master mechanic, Ryan, and service rep Mike relayed some interesting information. Most interesting to learn was that the 3.8L V6 engine in the 2007 Jeep Wrangler has a cast iron block and headers, and thus damage to the header gasket was unlikely. Apparently, these engines are considered the workhorse of Chrysler engines and seldom experience issues with the Header.With new hope, I immediately retrieved my Jeep from the Adam & Son Auto shop and drove directly to Christian Brothers off of Silicon Heights. The next day I was informed that: Yes: there are leaks in the gear box and in the exhaust manifold. But, at 220k miles this is not unusual, the leaks are minimal, and as long as you monitor the power steering fluid the Jeep will continue to perform normally. Additionally, No...there is no leak in the Header Gasket. The thermostat housing needed to be replaced. Nothing further. Total cost with testing, parts, and labor: $1,100.00. Today, the Jeep is running normally.My recommendation - Avoid Adam & Son Auto and do your due diligence with all service providers. It may save you $10,000.00, or more.

I have never used Adam and Son shop, however, I wanted to share with you all the amazing service they did for my parents yesterday. Yesterday, my dad experienced a medical event while driving on Austin Bluffs, near Adam and Son. Almost immediately, an employee by the name of Daniel, sprang into action making sure both of my parents were ok. My mom, who is 90 years old, "didn't think there were nice people like that" anymore. We will forever be grateful to Daniel for his quick thinking and the other witness for calling 911, if it wasn't for them, I'm not sure this story would have ended up with such a happy ending. My dad is still the same guy as he was before, and my mom continues to be as feisty as ever!

I have previously used the Adam’s and Sons on Briargate but this location is now closer to my home and in walking distance. It is perfect, I have not used anybody else for my car needs since I’ve lived in the Springs. They’re very friendly from the Service advisors to the mechanics. Daniel is amazing and always provides excellent customer service. He makes sure everything is taken care of and truly treats you like family. Also, Josh (he usually takes me home in the mornings, not sure of his title) is so nice and always has a great attitude even though he has a lot on his plate. I appreciate each and every person that works for this company. They’re definitely doing something right. Please keep up the excellent customer service, as long as I live in the Springs I won’t be going anywhere else.

I love Adam and Son because they really make me feel like they care. They also do not advertise this enough, but they're the only social impact auto repair in the region, and put profits towards helping those in need. As for customer service, its an art, and they're nailing it. Beyond even the shuttle service and friendly employees, they also go above and beyond with their follow up procedures. I get regular texts about how things are going, and a link to a thorough, visual account of what's going on with my car. They also follow up in a few days to make sure everything is still running fine. They're never pushy, and totally honest, enough that I've even been told that I can get cheaper deals elsewhere. I keep going back though because this level of service is unmatched. 🙌

DO NOT GO THERE! This shop does not have qualified mechanics. They don't know what they are doing. This place is a used cars sales lot. I spent over $5000 at this shop, and they couldn't fix my vehicle but tried to sell me parts that I don't need. I don't think anyone has spent that much money at an auto shop. This shop charges more than a dealership. I commented on a lazy and rude worker named Cory, who was fired, but the owner sounded as if I was making up stories even though he admitted firing the worker because other customers made complaints about him. When I labeled them as thieves, they were upset and said I could've used a professional word for thief. The owner said he would re-inspect my vehicle unless I remove my review post. He is lucky I did not take him to small claims court for taking my money and providing shoddy service. The master mechanic who does not know his job told me that "my job is to sell you parts." The owner asked me to return for more inspection, but he wanted to steer away from their problem by saying it's something else causing the issue on my vehicle, but I refused to go back. The majority of car repair shops, including dealerships, are dishonest and thieves. An advice to the owner: We are in an era of honesty, disclosure, and transparency. Any business that is not in tune with this new era is on the losing end because a simple google review can kill your business. Managers need to change their old ways of doing business.

As a nomadic traveler from North Dakota, I am so very lucky and grateful to have stumbled upon this shop! My car broke down in the mountains and finances were tight, these guys helped me out so very much by towing it back, (after trying to be scammed by other tow truck drivers) letting me store it until i figured out finances,let me set up a payment plan AND fixed my car to my kind of perfection! I can keep traveling thanks to this shop! Otherwise, I'm sure it'd be sitting in impound right now. Thank you so very very much!!!

We travel a lot and I find myself searching for a new mechanic about twice a year for standard maintenance. I wish all mechanics were so kind, honest and knowledgeable.The waiting area of the shop feels very clean and well decorated.Erik is so kind and knowledgeable. I always have a lot of questions about my car because I car a lot but don’t know much about them. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. It was really great to work with him.I got a text update as my car was being worked on with a full report for its inspection which was done along with my oil change. It was cool to see all the details. I had been previously told that I need my brakes changed so I requested that but was told that they are still in good shape and that I could wait longer. I really appreciate their honesty, naturally they could have changed them anyways and charged me.If I ever find myself in CO again, I know I’ll be coming here.

Absolutely phenomenal human beings running a business and serving the community! We were "wowed" every step of the way. My mother's car broke down at a doctors appointment nearby. We called them and they picked her up from the appointment. They also drove her all the way home and came back to pick her up the next day, but instead of picking her up, they delivered her vehicle to her. She doesn't get around very well and has a hard time riding in the car for a long time so the fact that this company went out of their way like this to take care of my mother when I couldn't be there for her meant so much to me. They gave her and I such personal service. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Oh, and they did great work on the vehicle too. They helped up prioritize things needing repair and gave us options. They are a true 10+!

Adam & son have been taking care of my Subaru Forester for more than 4 years. My vehicle is in mint mechanical condition making it safe, economical and a great ride. Employees are pleasant and good communicators. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with their work. The SNAP financing-payoff in 100 days with no interest - is beneficial for budgeting unexpected expenses.

I can't say enough good things about this amazing auto repair shop! From Erik at the front desk, who checked me in in record time and answered all my questions, to Brian and John, who expertly repaired two vehicles for me, it was an amazing experience from beginning to end. Everything that needed to be done to my vehicles was explained in great detail so I understood why the repairs were necessary, and then the repairs were completed in record time. I want to start by saying thank you to everyone at Adam and Son's shop for the stellar work you did on my car! From the moment I walked in, everyone was extremely professional and welcoming to me. All of my questions were both heard and answered honestly. Some places will tell you a million things you need to get replaced with your car, these guys were straight to the point and didn't try to push you into any unnecessary sales. Employee at the desk was very nice but was not helpful to me. I am in a emergency situation with my brakes and could not qualify for their financing and was told the special program, stranded motorist fund could take 2 weeks to a month to see if I even qualify for. It took me awhile to go ask for help because I don’t like doing that but had no choice with my brake issues. I know there is a lot of need out there, but I guess they pick and choose who they help through this program. Even though I totally meet the criteria.

I was referred to them by valvoline instant oil change, I was kind of hesitant at first cuz my experiences with taking cars to the repair shop have never been good. However, Adam and Son started with a thorough inspection before starting any repairs and told me which were in need of immediate attention, they sent pictures, videos and recorded each with a detailed description. They kept me updated every couple days and stayed true to the estimated timeline. This has been the only place I can say I trust in this country to service and repair my vehicles. This shop is awesome. First off the building is beautiful, my son really enjoyed the juice box from the mini cooler. The desk staff are very friendly and accommodating, and very detailed and open when going over the services. These guys literally saved me thousands of dollars. It's always a struggle to find a repair shop that you know won't take advantage of you, but these guys go above and beyond even that. I can not express how appreciative I am of them and their professionalism. Highly recommend!

Put simply you just cannot get better Automotive people to serve as your vehicle. Additionally the stranded motorist fund has helped so many people and they are the ones that thought to start the stranded motorist fund. I really hope it gets bigger and bigger and that it is the beginning of the Pay It Forward 2 movie because stranded motorist fund certainly deserves it

First experience with this shop was great and that's why I gave 2 stars. Because we had a great first experience and since it was close to the house decided to take in my Dodge. 2nd experience sucked. They couldn't figure out the issue even after I told them it was the TIPM that needed replaced I was advised they couldn't confirm that and it would take a deep dive diagnostic in my electrical system bc they didn't want to replace the part without confirmation. Ended up just picking up the vehicle and eventually took it to another shop who easily confirmed it was the TIPM without ripping my electrical apart and the issue was fixed. Would not recommend this shop to anyone

A+ Infinity! If you have a Hybrid Lexus, stop here after the dealer quote and you will be amazed! Scratch that, come here first. The professionalism, explanation, and execution is second to none! This place is very amazing!! Byler is so kind and they really go above and beyond! Even with me getting a little fiesty over price ( head gasket so you know that's not about to be cheap) he had so much patience and was even willing to speak to my dad to explain. They worked with meand communicated every step of the way. Would recommend them to anyone.

I came in to Adam and son because I was told by a local Toyota dealership told me my engine was was about to throw a rod and also my truck wasn’t turning over, starting, the first time I try. Turns out there was absolutely nothing wrong with my engine and they replaced my starter. They also supplied me with a loaner car while my truck was getting worked on for FREE!!! I was so impressed with they’re professionalism and respect, as well as a beautiful waiting area with an assortment of free refreshments. I choose them because I needed to get in quicker than the Ford dealership I bought my truck from and my usual service shop but from now on will be my first choice for all maintenance!

They are always friendly and knowledgeable. When you’re like me and know nothing about cars, they explain everything and even provide photos. Highly, highly recommend.

This is the second time we have used their service. They communicate all additional costs and timelines very well. Great customer service and friendly staff. The service does take all day to detail the vehicle but it’s drive ready by the time you pick up, I would rather have them take their time and do the job right the first time which they have both times!

These guys do awesome work. ive had them fix my exhaust, radiator, and restored both sides of the front end of my car and not a single issue, aligment is great even. Highly reccomend taking your car here.( picture was before they finished )

This is quite possibly the worst auto body shop I have ever taken my vehicles too. My first vehicle I brought in was my 2020 Nissan Pathfinder that was under warranty thru Echo Park. I came in because the lights in the pictures were coming on almost everyday. They tried to fix the issue and charged Echo Park almost $1100 only for the issue to continue happening after getting my vehicle back. Light came on again took it to them a second time and they told me they couldnt recreate the problem so they did nothing. Now I have the vehicle again and the lights are continuing to come on. Second vehicle, while my Pathfinder was with them I set an appointment for regular maintenance and a detail on a vehicle that has never had a check engine light on it, 2012 Lincoln MKZ hybrid. After getting the Lincoln back the check engine light came on, after regular maintenance. The car was sent into limp mode and when I asked for them to tow it back to the shop to fix this issue I was told if the car was sent into limp mode because of something we did, we'll cover the tow charge and if it's a new issue I will be charged the tow fee. And this was on a vehicle that has never had a check engine light before taking it to them. I was never given a detail of services on either vehicle until I asked for them, still haven't got anything for services on the Pathfinder and to top it all off someone at the shop STOLE my dogs pain killers out of my Pathfinder.
